About the Role

We are seeking a Product Data Science Manager for a British online bank. You will lead a key product area for Growth, collaborating with the Product Manager and overseeing the product data strategy. You will work in an agile product environment, champion the use of data, and drive product innovation through experimentation and A/B testing. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining talented data professionals, generating insights to shape product development, and ensuring the collection of relevant data for business insights.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Science Manager, with at least 2 years managing a data team of more than 4 people. Strong experience in Product data science, strategic data leadership, and working with c-level peers is essential. You should be proficient in various Data Science tools, coding languages (Python and SQL), and capable of managing top-tier Data Science talent. Autonomous work style and ability to impact a growing business are key qualities we are seeking.
