Hunter Savage is partnering with a well-established market leading NI law firm, to recruit a Debt and Enforcement Solicitor. It is an exciting time to join this dynamic and innovative firm, as they continue to grow.
The role:
You will work as part of a team advising on all aspects of Debt Recovery matters, to include asset and property recovery and possession. You will also assist with litigious aspects of insolvency law.
The person:
You will meet the following criteria:
- Qualified solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
- Demonstrable experience in court advocacy, with experience in the County Court, Bankruptcy Court and Magistrate’s Court.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Asset recovery experience would be desirable.
- Ability to manage your own caseload effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
