Defence Motor Claims Manager Job In Blisworth

Arthur is excited to partnered with a highly successful and growing niche law firm who are looking to further expand their team by hiring a Defence Motor Claims Manager for their office in Blisworth, West Northamptonshire.

This challenging and diverse role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with previous motor claims experience. For this position you will ideally have operational and people management experience and be looking to further develop these skills.

Your Responsibilities:

• You will manage the daily operations of a corporate client motor defence team, including overseeing agreed services, staff performance, and client care. This ensures the consistent delivery of a premium service by optimizing the use of all processes, systems, and resources.
• Serve as a technical and procedural reference for claims handlers as needed.
• Carry out internal and client reporting tasks if and when required
• Ensuring consistent delivery across all accounts
• Managing absences (both personnel and workflow) as necessary

What You Need:

• Extensive experience handling motor/litigated claims is essential
• Strong motor claims track record
• Previous management experience would be advantageous
• Enthusiastic individual with a positive and “can do” attitude.
• Legal background/education would be beneficial but essential
