As a Defendant EL/PL Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases involving employers' and public liability claims. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of EL/PL claims from inception to resolution
- Conducting thorough legal research and providing sound legal advice to clients
- Preparing and drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court when necessary
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the successful outcome of cases
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of1 year post-qualification experience inPersonal Injury Litigation - preferably in defendant EL/PL
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and case law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
