The role is varied and no two days are the same! The role is fairly candidate focussed and includes sourcing candidates through headhunting and networking, interviewing candidates for suitability, making job offers and handling rejections, plus more! You will also be expected to build relationships with existing and future clients, attend client meetings to explore opportunities and negotiate terms of engagement.

Our Delivery Team
The Delivery team is the most important team within the business, without them we would not be able to fill as many roles as we do. The Delivery teams is made up of a group of talented 180 Recruitment Consultants, focusing on candidates. Their job is to create the perfect match between clients and candidates, ensuring that the candidate meets the requirements for the role. At Fruition, we have an excellent reputation for candidate care, this is spearheaded through our Delivery team who promise to provide an exceptional service to every candidate they speak to.
Key Responsibilities
- Searching for suitable IT candidates who match our clients’ requirements
- Headhunting and networking on sites such as LinkedIn / GitHub / Stack Overflow
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Telephone interviewing candidates to assess their suitability for specific roles
- Arranging interviews for candidates and liaising with them during this time
- Making job offers to suitable candidates and handling rejections
- Taking references / collating relevant supporting documents
- Building relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline
- Use social media to create a personal brand
- Keep up to date with trends within the Tech industry
