Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Salary: Dependant on experience (£40k average first year earnings)

Location: Office based in Winnersh

YNH are a boutique technology recruitment & executive search consultancy based in Reading. We are the agency behind the growth of Software & Product teams within brands such as Zoopla, Virgin & many more high growth scale-ups.

We are currently recruiting for a Delivery Consultant to work alongside our Founder, Charles Steele to deliver exceptional candidate experiences & talent solutions to a number of high growth technology companies.

As a delivery consultant, you will be involved in the full delivery lifecycle....

  • Attending Client Requirement meeting with a Principal Consultant
  • Conducting Search & Selection (Job Board Searches, Adverts, Linked-in Recruiter)
  • Assessing candidates skills & attributes in line with job role requirements
  • Presenting a shortlist of candidates for desired job role
  • Managing Candidate Experience & Engagement throughout interview process
  • After care of candidates following job offer & acceptance

  • Clear progression path to Head of Delivery with opportunity to grow and shape the function or move in to 360 recruitment if preferred

What do we need for you to be the ideal candidate?

  • Minimum of 6 months Delivery experience within a recruitment company
  • Able to conduct search & selection across multiple roles
  • Basic Boolean skills
  • Basic Linked in skills for resourcing
  • Good time management & administration skills
  • Good email & phone manner
  • A natural flare for customer service with an ability to build meaningful relationships
