We are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and driven Account Manager/Delivery Consultant to join our team. The Account Manager/Delivery Consultant will play a crucial role in managing client relationships with approximately 7-10 accounts and delivering top-tier recruitment services. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, sourcing and managing candidates, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the IT or scientific sectors, with excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Client Relationship Management: Understand client requirements, including company culture, job specifications, and ideal candidate profiles. Provide regular updates to clients on the recruitment process and candidate status. Recruitment & Delivery: Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates for IT and scientific roles. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent. Identify opportunities for expanding services within existing accounts. Collaborate with the sales team to support the acquisition of new clients. Attend industry events and network to build relationships with potential clients and candidates. Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and technological advancements in IT and scientific sectors. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and candidate interactions using the company’s CRM system. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities, client satisfaction, and KPIs. Previous experience within a delivery and/or account management role, ideally within IT or scientific sectors. Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering recruitment services. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies. In-depth knowledge of IT or scientific industries, including the latest trends and roles in demand. Proficient in using recruitment software, databases, and job boards.
