My client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a skilled Delivery Manager to join their Flexible Services, Technology & Consulting, LPM, and Managed Legal Services department. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of legal service provision.


This is an essential role to the firm to ensure they are delivering world class legal services to their internal practice groups and external clients. The role will support their engagement strategies with both sectors and groups and focus on the development of their legal delivery teams and their capabilities.


Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a Talented Team: Lead a team of paralegals dedicated to delivering exceptional work to both our internal lawyers and esteemed external clients. This includes providing day-to-day supervision, fostering training and development opportunities, and effectively managing direct reports.
  • Legal Service Delivery: Oversee the seamless delivery of legal services to end users, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet the expectations of our clients.
  • Service Delivery Management Support: Offer comprehensive support on engagements as needed, including resource planning, quality assurance, efficiency reviews, and progress reporting.
  • Continuous Improvement: Play a key role in developing and refining delivery models to uphold best-in-class service standards, embracing innovation and efficiency in all aspects of our operations.
  • Strong Collaborative Relationships: Cultivate effective working relationships across relevant practice groups and sectors, fostering collaboration and synergy to enhance service delivery excellence.
  • with Resource Management: Collaborate closely with our Resource Management team to effectively allocate work, monitor, and manage capacity, and ensure optimal workload levels to support efficient service delivery.
