Delivery Manager - Identity Management - £450p/d Outside IR35 - 1x week in Reading

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide agile teams to achieve project goals and deliver value.
- Serve as Scrum Master for designated teams, ensuring effective sprint planning, execution, and retrospective processes.
- Prioritize tasks and initiatives to align with business objectives and ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching teams in agile methodologies and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, provide updates, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile environments.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Product Owner.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and principles.
- Experience with digital improvements and transformations within agile settings.
- Familiarity with Identity Management and Access Management concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, DevOps, or similar.
