An exciting opportunity awaits to become our next Delivery Office Support Manager! You'll be an integral part of our Agile Management Office (AMO) squad, overseeing the coordination and governance of new initiative and backlog requests to and from technology partners/suppliers.In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Agile Delivery/Project Management chapter to provide crucial visibility to the business regarding roadmap deliveries, risks, and change impacts. Supporting the Chapter on their continuous improvement journey, whether through enhancements to structure, processes, deliverables, tooling, or people, will be a key aspect of your role.Join us in driving excellence and innovation in our dynamic work environment! The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;Two years+ project analysis, prioritisation and co-ordination experience is essentialHaving experience within stakeholder management and working cross-functionally to be able to understand the needs and considerations of various teams is key to being successful in this roleComfortable clarifying requirements for new project requests if they are unclearBeing able to demonstrate experience with coordination and delivering change in Project ManagementPlanning and road-mapping presentation skills is critical in this role The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;The awareness and demonstrated experience of identification of critical dependencies within project activitiesA background in business analysis would be beneficialHighly motivated, enthusiastic, and determined with a strong work ethicPositive attitude and can do approach What's in it for you Our goal is to celebrate our people, their lives and everything in-between.
