About The Opportunity:
We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Demand Generation Manager (Lead) to spearhead our marketing initiatives, focusing predominantly on demand generation. This crucial role involves close collaboration with the founder/CEO and various departments to develop and execute a robust marketing strategy that drives business growth.
As the leader of our marketing team, you will be responsible for setting strategic objectives, implementing campaigns, and measuring their effectiveness. Your expertise will be vital in boosting our market presence and accelerating our sales pipeline.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Devise and implement comprehensive demand-generation strategies.
- Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and sales acceleration.
- Collaborate with content, sales, and product teams to refine messaging and optimise outreach strategies.
- Analyse market trends to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Employ CRM and marketing automation tools to streamline marketing processes.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, focusing on ROI and other key performance indicators.
- Lead, mentor, and expand the marketing team to support strategic goals.
What We Are Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in demand generation or similar roles within the SaaS, software, or B2B sectors.
- At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Proficiency in using CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage pressure, handle substantial workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
