Salary: £50-60K -Location: United Kingdom (Fully Remote)

Position Overview: As a Demand Generation Manager at SmartSurvey, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within our mid-market segment and supporting our broader enterprise initiatives. Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation strategies to ensure our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire marketing team and the broader business to drive key results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting the mid-market segment. This includes enhancing brand awareness, accelerating inbound pipeline and revenue.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality assets to support campaigns leveraging the latest AI tech tools
  • Landing Page Optimisation: Design and optimise landing pages, run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.
  • Social Media Management: Plan, execute, and analyse social media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Thinking: Lead the strategy and execution of new campaigns. Collaborate closely with the content and paid teams to design and implement new initiatives while improving existing campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Own the reporting process for your demand generation activities. Analyse performance data and provide insightful storytelling that informs strategic decisions and improvements.
  • Continuous Optimisation: Use data insights to inform and refine new campaigns, tactics, and programs, ensuring ongoing optimization of existing efforts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment on key messaging, effective reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and critical customer insights.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Demonstrated experience in demand generation or similar roles within the SaaS, software, or B2B sectors.
  • At least 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a leadership role overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate end-to-end customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in using the HubSpot Marketing Automation Platform
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including paid social, SEO, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preference for candidates with experience in SaaS marketing.

The ideal candidate will have startup experience, preferably with a background in tech/SaaS.
