The Demand Planner will support our team in Rzeszow and manage collection of key data from multiple sources/systems towards the BU, develop efficient data collection process to facilitate data gathering, provide analytical support and information across the area. They will also partner with key stakeholders as in Operations, Finance, Sales, Customer Service Contribute S&OP data preparation supporting in analysis and improvement proposals contribute to profitable growth and service.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain a monthly SKU level forecast for the Automotive business.
  • Support the Senior Demand Planner on data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  • In depth analysis of SKU level data to identify trends to support the forecast.
  • Communicating with sales team to help support forecast process.
  • Produce and distribute weekly / monthly reports.
  • Attendance at relevant S&OP meetings
  • Preparation of reporting and presentations for S&OP meetings
  • Managing communications and admin around the S&OP process
  • Any other duties in conjunction with the post at the direction of the Senior Demand Planner
Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
  • Any additional relevant supply chain qualifications
  • Preferably SAP or other ERP experience
  • Fluency in English
