Training and Development: Excellent career progression, training, and career development opportunities We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Systems and Process Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a phenomenal opportunity to play a key role in the evolution and enhancement of our procurement function, driving efficiencies and optimizing systems and processes in alignment with overall procurement and supply chain strategies. Analyze key trends and issues in Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC). Perform trend and performance analysis of key data and performance indicators for the P&SC team to facilitate proactive performance management. Manipulate and prepare Bills of Materials reports to ensure robust cost target and achievement tracking for Product Lifecycle (PLC) activities. Provide data and analysis to support Procurement system readiness for PLC activities and throughout the product lifecycle management processes. Act as a change agent by completing process continuous improvement projects within the P&SC team. Manage the delivery of process development activities within the function. Prepare detailed briefs and reports for Senior Management reviews, including potential issues/risks and recommendations, as required. Provide functional training on data analysis to the department, as needed. A suitable qualification in business, finance, or a relevant supply chain discipline (or validated experience in an analytical role). Commercial savvy. Strong team-building and communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge and experience of SAP (preferably in Materials Management or Finance). Strong project management skills. Awareness of risk management. Highly developed planning and organisation skills. Familiarity with data analytical software packages (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, Dataiku, etc.).
