We have an exciting opportunity for a multisite clinical operations manager to join our family owned business. With 5 private dental practices across the UK and teaching facilities we are searching for an organized clinically operations led manager to oversee our established practice managers and the clinical aspect of our training facility.

  • The role will be to manage the day-to-day running of the busy practices, ensuring a smooth operation
  • Lead the practice team in the provision of dental care services to patients and the clinical aspect of our training courses

Work with the Clinical Team, and other internal departments to ensure the dental practices remain compliant with the General Dental Council and CQC guidelines, to ensure the delivery of first-class patient care and education to dentists.

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the practice
  • Have a good understanding of CQC and work to ensure full compliance using existent practice compliance systems
  • Recruitment and retention of clinical staff
  • Work with our existing HR providers
  • Maintain great relationships with patients and practice staff
  • Direct the management of appointment diaries effectively

Working alongside our centralised patient bookings team and business development manager

  • Observe patient confidentiality at all times
  • To be fully aware of all staff's duties and responsibilities
  • Delivery and exceed KPI's and future growth plans working with the financial controller and directors to grow revenue and practice reputation

The successful candidate will be

  • Personable, positive and enthusiastic
  • Have Management experience, preferably within the dental field
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • IT proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Able to work with high volume and within short deadlines
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly
  • Appreciation for the importance of timely, complete and accurate documentation
  • Possess a driving licence

Preferred Experience:

Dental Practice Management: 2 or more years

Clinical dental experience

Be able to demonstrate Leadership experience

Work Location: In person ( Shropshire) There may be the opportunity to work remotely long-term but there will be a need to visit the clinics on a regular basis
