Are you an experienced Dental Laboratory Manager looking to work with a leading provider of private dentistry?
We are recruiting on behalf of a private dentist clinic based in and around London. This newly created role is an opportunity to join a well-established business and help lead their highly experienced team of technicians to deliver and streamline their production line.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations of the dental lab, including scheduling, workflow management and resource allocation
- Manage a team of dental technicians and support staff to ensure timely completion of cases and adherence to quality standards
- Oversee the production of dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, dentures and implants
- Train and mentor lab staff to enhance skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Recent experience in a dental laboratory setting
- Know of dental lab equipment and materials
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM technology
- Bachelors Degree in Dental Technology or related field
