Join our Finance department as a Deputy Billing Team Manager. In this role, you'll support our Billing team to help them achieve their goals through effective direction and supervision, stepping into the Manager role when the Manager is absent and ensuring all end-to-end sales invoicing requirements to energy suppliers are met in order to collect cash into the business from revenue earned.
Requirements
- Experience of employee line management/coaching
- A level or min equivalent academic achievement with financial focus
- Advanced Excel skills for summarising/analysing large data sets
- Experience of working in a finance environment
- Knowledge of the energy sector and understanding of energy charges would be desirable but not essential
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience of interpreting large amounts of complex data
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise workload and manage time efficiently
- Good project management skills with the ability to build cross functional relationships
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
