Job Description
Title: Deputy CEO - Solar PVLocation: EMEA (Remote)As part of a recent acquisition of the company the client is transitioning towards a fully integrated IPP. The Deputy CEO will start with assisting the CEO to steer the development activities of the IPP, after which he/she will get acquainted with the operational and financial divisions of the company so that they can effectively manage the EPC and O&M parts of the business. The Deputy CEO will become the CEO of the company latest January 1st 2025.The Individual:Experience in a leading role within a leading company of the PV industry. Expertise in PV EPC and O&M operations, plant design, project development and asset management, as well as finance and corporate governanceVersed in company law and board governance, including ESG requirementsFluency in EnglishDuring handover, frequent interaction with the CEO will be required.
