My client in Manchester is looking for their next Deputy Head Nurse.
You will nurture and guide younger, less experienced nurses, creating a cohesive and supportive environment that promotes growth and potential.
Collaborate with a dedicated clinical team of ten and a committed client care team, all focused on providing top-notch care. Supporting the management team with arranging CPD lunch and learns, creating rotas and appraisals.

Competitive salary of £30k to £33k, reflecting experience
