Job Description DeputyHome Manager Hourly Rate: £13.50 Hours per week: 40 Our client is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to join their team at their care home nestled in the heart of a beautiful village. The Deputy Home Manager will play a key role in supporting the Home Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility and delivering high-quality care and support to our residents with a primary diagnosis of Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS). Qualifications: Level 3 Health and Social Care or above Proven experience in a similar role within a residential care setting, with a thorough understanding of care regulations and best practices. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team of care and support staff. Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on promoting inclusivity and diversity within the workplace.
