Deputy Nursery Manager
We are seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager, someone that is passionate about working with childrenwith previous room leader, supervisory or Deputy Managerial experience.
Ideallywitheither a BA degree in early years education from Uk or overseas universityor CACHE, NVQ Level 3 diploma in childcare and education.
Starting Salary: £30,000- £33,000pa and excellent further training , career progression opportunities and paid holidays.
Key duties and responsibilities include:
- Deputy Managerial
- Working with children and ensuring safety and well being at all times
- Ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Interact with parents and show rounds
- Supervise early years practitioners and nursery teachers
- administrative tasks
- Ensure the curriculum supports a range of learning styles and develops each childs independence
- Lead the Nursery team in the planning and delivery of a creative and stimulating creative and learning activities in line with the EYFS.
