Job Description Deputy Nursery Manager Salary: Up to £35,000 40 hours per week, across 4 or 5 days Our client's lively and welcoming nursery is on the lookout for a devoted and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to help run it and create a positive and nurturing atmosphere for the little ones, and be a key player in the overall success of their Nursery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a childcare setting and a strong commitment to championing diversity, equality, and inclusion within an early years environment. Qualifications Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years. Proven experience working in a nursery setting, with supervisory or leadership responsibilities. Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and statutory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when necessary. Current First Aid and Safeguarding certificates. Responsibilities Support the nursery manager in leading and managing the nursery team. Oversee the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum. Contribute to the planning and implementation of age-appropriate activities and experiences. Ensure the safety, well-being, and development of all children in the nursery. Support and mentor staff, providing guidance and training as needed. Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and external stakeholders. Reference: WILL79660/TH INDCHI
