Fife College is recruiting a new Deputy Principal who will work closely with the Principal and other colleagues on the Executive Team to provide leadership and direction across the College, embedding a culture of student-centred continuous improvement and teamwork.The vacancy comes at an exciting time for the College which will have a new learning campus in Dunfermline due to open during the 2024/25 academic year.The Deputy Principal will play a strategic role in the overall leadership and direction of the College and will, in particular, provide strategic financial leadership in order to drive, deliver and support the strategy for promoting financial sustainability and growth in a rapidly changing and competitive environment. The successful candidate will be values driven and a highly motivated team player who has inspirational leadership skills.  As well as an outstanding track record of achievement as a senior finance professional within a large organisation, you will have a good understanding of the role of colleges in providing a quality learning and teaching environment that delivers personal, social, cultural and economic benefits and operates effectively within a commercial environment.Fife College is one of the largest and most ambitious skills organisations in East Central Scotland, a major regional employer, and a respected public body.  The College has around 30,000 enrolled learners, with 6,000 studying on a full-time basis.
