I am working with a highly reputable client based in London, due to ongoing success they are looking for an office fit out Project Manager to join them. My client offers a full turnkey design and build service and have worked on the office fit out for companies such as Ubisoft and many more. They pride themselves on listening to what the company is looking for and from a receipt of an outline brief and from that they are able to design and build the project.

The ideal Project manager will be number one on site and can run a project from Pre- contracts to final account, including managing subcontractors, oversee health and safety and ensure quality at all times. As they have multiple projects nationwide, they looking for someone who is happy to work away from home from time to time.
Must Have:
• 3 years+ Design and Build fit out experience (ideally office fit out),
• Experience running projects from Pre- contracts to final account,
• Be able to run a small team,
• The ability to work unsupervised,
