Design Lead – Shopper Marketing – Tobacco Account – Up to £70,000pa
We are working with a full service creative and production agency that are on the lookout for an experienced Design Lead to join their team. Whilst remaining hands-on with the design work, you’ll be working with other partnering agencies and advising them on how to translate their key visuals into shopper tools.
For this role, you will need to have inside-out knowledge of shopper marketing and really understand what design work will entice prospective buyers instore. The pieces of marketing material produced can range from window vinyl’s, hanging banners, bespoke counter top displays and even displays with light and motion detectors.
Must be fine working on a tobacco brand and a lot of their work is done in inDesign, so must be an expert within.
Day to Day
- Crafting strategic concepts, shopper toolkits, and diverse marketing materials.
- Managing creative outputs for regions with unique cultural contexts.
- Creating brand experiences, point-of-sale displays, digital content and marketing solutions.
- Collaborating closely with clients, working closely with their marketing teams.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to establish timelines and project deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Shaping global shopper principles.
- Developing design briefs with design leaders and strategic partners.
- Innovating toolkit concepts, providing POSM inspiration, and proposing new ideas.
- Adapting above-the-line creative to shopper key visuals.
- Ensuring creative outputs exceed stakeholder expectations and meet deadlines.
