Our client are looking to hire an Design Manager with a background in Electrical Design. In this position, you will play a vital part in helping drive the business forward as well as overseeing a team of talented Design Engineers.
As a Design Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading a small team of Design Engineers
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and to the best quality
- Conducting assessments to identify potential projects challenges
- Be involved with vital business decisions moving forward
- Be involved in the recruitment process
- Conducting performance reviews and giving feedback
To be considered for this Design Manager role, you will need the following:
- Experience in a leading/mentoring position
- Experience in Electrical Design
- AutoCAD Electrical proficient
- Experience in interpreting different technical schematics and report formats
In return, our client is offering the following:
- £50,000 - £60,000
