Design Manager-HV/LV Electrical Distribution Networks
Suffolk, up to 2 days WFH available
Up to £60K plus vehicle
This is an excellent, rare opportunity for an experienced in the design of electrical power distribution networks up to 132kV, looking for a senior, prestigious role with a large, national utilities company.
The company have gone from strength to strength over the past 10 years and have a great reputation, both for professionalism, and employee relations, evidenced by multiple awards.
Working in the companies HQ (with hybrid working available) you will be responsible for Design and Technical Support management for the Electricity team from LV to 132kV, including line management, assessing training needs, authorisation responsibility, policy and strategy work and regulatory compliance management.
The Role
Full time permanent position for a large national utilities company. Role comes with a vehicle and hybrid working opportunities.
Overall responsibility for Design and Technical Support management within the Electricity team
Team are focused on electrical design up to 132kV
Role will include line, policy and regulatory management.
The Person
HNC or above in Electrical Engineering
Experience of High Voltage electrical design within the power distribution sector
understanding of 132kV Technical knowledge for Primary Sub-station Management and Control.
Experience in a senior level managerial role
