Design Manager/Design Focused Project Assistant | The company works Nationwide, but mainly in the North West | Part Time | 3 days per week – Tues, Wed and Thursday; 9:30am-4pm | £32,000 – £48,000 pro rata plus package to be discussed in interview, salary will be dependent on experience Are you a seasoned design or project management professional in the construction industry looking for flexibility and a dynamic work environment? Our client is on the lookout for a Design Manager or Project Assistant with a strong design focus to join their growing team Are you the right person for the job? Minimum 5 year's experience in Design /Project Management in Construction Excellent communication and people management skills Detailed knowledge of all aspects of Architecture, structural design, building regulations, planning regulations, codes, and industry standards Strong knowledge in design software Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or engineering What will your role look like? You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing projects from concept to completion. You'll work closely with clients, architects, structural designers, and both office and site teams to ensure all project requirements are met efficiently.
