About role:
- Create innovative and fashion-forward designs for our brands.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and adapt them to our brand's aesthetic.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop concepts, sketches, and mood boards.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are feasible and cost-effective.
- Select fabrics, colors, and trims, and work on pattern development.
- Oversee the fitting and adjustments of samples to ensure high-quality execution.
- Present design ideas to management and stakeholders for feedback.
- Maintain the brand’s unique identity while pushing the boundaries of design innovation.
- Research and source sustainable materials and practices where possible.
- Assist in developing seasonal collections and capsule drops.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Designer, preferably in luxury or streetwear.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design styles and expertise.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools).
- Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and technical aspects of fashion.
- Strong trend analysis and creative skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
