Job Description

A brand new role has arisen working for a long standing client of ours, a lovely boutique Investment firm in the heart of the West End. The role will be working across the Group Company Secretary team of 4 and Chief Legal and Compliance team of 9. A busy and varied administrative role supporting both teams who provide a service to the companies external stock-exchange listed investment-trust client boards, corporate board, and internal stakeholders. This role will offer the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of Board procedures, administration of corporate entities and the need for meticulous planning. Key tasks (but not limited to) include organising client Boards, Pre and post Board Committee material, assisting with external events, managing processes and running reports, liaising extensively with Directors and stakeholders. There is lots of scope to make the role your own and implement your own systems and procedures.

Prior administration experience with strong organisational and stakeholder management skills is essential, ideally gained in finance, legal, or professional services but will remain open. Will need to be proactive, collaborative, have high attention to detail, and be impeccably organised.
