Desktop Support Engineer | 2nd Line Support | IT Support Engineer | System Administrator | Infrastructure Engineer | 1st Line Support | System Engineer | Remote Support Engineer
Desktop Support Engineer required for a company working in the Renewable Energy & Sustainability sector on a full-time, permanent basis.
This role suits someone with 3+ years experience in a relevant IT Support role that's comfortable working with end-users ranging from interns up to the C-level suite. The role is purely internal on the company's infrastructure and ecosystem and you'll join a team of 4 where there are more senior engineers in the team to deal with escalations.
You'll be responding to mainly BAU tickets as a team where this role will be the first point of contact and deal with 1st and 2nd line support queries where you'll escalate to the senior engineers if necessary.
The technology you need to be confident with are:
- Microsoft 365
- Networking
- Intune
- General office hardware
- There are more technologies but training can be provided for those

This role is on-site in Hammersmith with one day a week from home.
They're offering up to £40,000 + bonus + benefits for this role as a starting renumeration.
