Job Description: We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Year 3 Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering engaging and stimulating lessons that inspire curiosity and ignite a passion for learning in our Year 3 students. Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver dynamic lessons that align with the Year 3 curriculum. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and supported. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of individual students. Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular activities and initiatives that enhance the learning experience. Establish open and effective communication channels with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a collaborative approach to education. Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK. Experience teaching Year 3 students is advantageous but not essential. Sound knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and effective pedagogical practices. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A creative approach to teaching and the ability to inspire a love for learning in young children. Commitment to ongoing professional development and reflective practice.
