For this innovation led role we’re seeking an exceptionally creative chef with genuine passion for food and the ability to translate this into commercial concepts.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for developing fabulous recipes that are exceptionally creative and fulfil briefs from customers and internal teams.
• Improving existing products and drive continuous improvement of products
• Developing a real diversity of products and have the opportunity to fully flex your creative muscles.
• In addition you will develop a strong understanding of the broader market place, creative influences and consumer demands to develop commercially viable products that reflect exceptional quality.
• Presenting new concepts to customers

About You:

• We are seeking a truly creative individual with a real passion, affinity and love of food underpinned by a strong commercial acumen.
• Awareness of what makes a great product with the ability to build cost and quality into every product brief and manage multiple projects at any one time.
• You will thrive in a demanding manufacturing environment and be driven to see your concepts succeed in the marketplace.
• Experience already gained as a development chef in a food manufacturing environment
• You must be motivated and team orientated but most importantly truly innovative.
