Position Overview:
The company is in search of a motivated Development Technologist to join their NPD Team. In this role, you will play a key part in the development and enhancement of new food products. Whether you're a recent graduate eager to learn or an experienced professional looking for new challenges, this position provides the training and support necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the NPD Team to develop and refine processes for new food products.
- Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to evaluate raw materials and equipment.
- Provide technical support during product scale-up and commercialisation phases.
- Assist in troubleshooting process issues and proposing solutions for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field (for graduates).
- Previous experience in food manufacturing or a related field (for experienced candidates).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
