Requirements:
- • Experience in coaching, facilitating and training
• Software Engineering with experience in developing full-stack code using a modern language (such as Python, NodeJS, Java, C#, or C++)
• Experience with IaC technologies and practices such as Linux Containerisation, Docker, AKS, EKS, Terraform, Open Telemetry
• Experience with Continuous Integration Servers: including building, maintaining, and optimizing CI pipelines such as Jenkins, Cruise Control, Github Actions, AWS Pipelines
• Good understanding of the DevSecOps ecosystem of tools such as Azure TFS Build and
Release, AppDynamics, Ansible, Splunk, Veracode, SonarQube, jFrog Artifactory, Gradle,
Maven, GNU tools, Veracode, Greenlight
Responsibilities:
- • Develop Academy training programme aligned with business needs
• Train and coach development teams in Application Development and DevOps good practices related to developing, securing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions
• Provide hands-on coaching on DevOps best practices and agile engineering/technologies
• Work with teams to assess DevOps maturity. Coach the teams to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Engage in one-on-one coaching to help team members grow their DevOps mindset and develop the related technical and process capabilities
• Work closely with the Development and Security teams to make sure Continuous Security, Infrastructure as a Code, Continuous Testing and Monitoring are an integral part of the software development value stream
• Provide hands-on assistance and guidance of environment setup (dev, test, prod), pipeline automation, and streamlining the stand-up and scale-out of infrastructure
• Established good practices and governance across the technical teams
• Work closely with Service Delivery to understand billing consultants L&D needs and coach
them to gain knowledge
• Performs other duties as require
