Leaders in Care UK has an exciting opportunity in a Blackburn clinic for a nurse who wants to make a difference in their patient's lives. The role comes with a salary of up to £33,000 and a great benefits package on top. We are looking for a full-time Registered General Nurse to work 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Saturday, no nights!
In this Dialysis Nurse role, you will be expected to:
Take ownership of care programmes for renal patients, following the tailored care plans instructions and ensure clinical activity is appropriately documented in the patient medical record
Prepare and monitor dialysis machines and systems in line with processes
Review pre and post haemodialysis care with patients
Work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team
To apply for this Dialysis Nurse role, you will need to be an NMC Registered General Nurse or hold a current NMC Pin. You will also require the following:
Awareness and understanding of the NMC code of professional conduct
Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team
A positive and dynamic approach to providing safe and effective delivery of care
Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
