We're looking for a talented and experienced Digital Account Director to join a leading digital agency based in Bristol. As the Digital Account Director, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and Executives, developing, and implementing successful digital campaigns. As well as building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns that exceed client expectations. And, you'll be confident in your ability to drive revenue growth through effective account management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Present simple project scope and budget proposals, project and status updates, and creative work to clients.
  • Provide input and support for team members in other disciplines to help them meet project goals and deliverables.
  • Providing end-to-end campaign planning and management.
  • Demonstrate understanding of the client's strategic goals.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders - at both a team and individual level - to ensure that you develop and maintain clarity.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities to secure new clients and revenue streams
  • Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring that campaigns are delivered within budget and to the highest possible standard
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the curve

Key Requirements:



  • Experience in anAccount Director role, or minimum 2 years' experience at Senior Account Manager level
  • Understanding of agency Client Services techniques
  • Understanding of CRM principles and data-driven marketing best practices
  • Great communicator and great at building relationships with clients as well as colleagues
  • Leadership qualities, from supporting a CS team, guiding projects, mentoring and recruitment support
  • Demonstrate highly proficient use of MS Office Suite and Harvest
