Job Description

Aquent is seeking an experienced and passionateDigital Account Managerto join an award-winning multi-channel digital marketing agency that has experienced significant growth over the last 6 years since being founded. Client services include SEO, PPC, Social, Web and Email Marketing. They specialise in crafting awesome campaigns and strategies for clients using a team of SEO/PPC gurus and web developers.

They are looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join their close-knit team, who will provide an exceptional customer experience to their clients, developing and implementing effective digital strategies with a strong focus on SEO and PPC for their accounts and building long term client relations.

Client retention is key, so having a clear vision of your clients aims and objectives throughout every project is essential. Working alongside the projects team, you will lead your accounts to ensure projects are delivered with excellent results, on time and on budget.

Offices are based in Lutterworth.

Overall Responsibilities:

Supported by and working closely with the Head of Client Services, you will be responsible for leading a number of key accounts providing insights and opportunities for account growth and development, whilst maintaining profitability and sustainability for the business.

  • Reviewing and interpreting digital marketing reports and communicating key findings back to the client with informed recommendations to improve campaign performance
  • Proactive account management, reviewing client accounts and seeking new opportunities and creating strategies through SEO/PPC to enhance brand exposure and to improve performance and ROI
  • Manage client expectations with regular updates on the progress of live projects, being their first line of contact, and providing them with excellent customer service.
  • Project scoping, identifying key objectives, defining costs and resources and capturing key performance indicators for benchmarking against
  • Scoping and costing of new websites. Being able to take a client brief and map out the core requirements for the development, identifying the right infrastructure to build the site in, functionality and website best practices.
  • Being part of the onboarding process for new projects and briefing jobs to the project team to ensure we deliver value, meet client expectations and achieve campaign goals
  • Ongoing liaison with the project team to ensure project delivery is on time and within budget
  • Regular and planned communications with clients through email, phone calls and face-to-face meetings

Requirements

  • Passionate about all things digital
  • Experience within an agency environment
  • Excellent knowledge of SEO and PPC (relevant qualifications a distinct advantage)
  • Experienced in interpreting data and creating reports within Google Analytics and presenting result to clients
  • Knowledge of Social and Paid Social Media Campaigns
  • Good understanding of website design, build and best practices
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of ROI
  • Ambitious and willing to learn
  • Organised and able to prioritise workloads
  • Honest, reliable and trustworthy
  • A team player
  • Ability to seek new opportunities in accounts and discuss these confidently with clients
  • Able to manage multiple client projects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction

Preferred experience

  • Hands on experience in setting up and management of search campaigns
  • Google Ads and Analytics certifications would also be beneficial
