THE DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE:
Becoming the newest member of the Client Services team you will work under the Head of Client Services to help insure the smooth running of a busy studio. You will help to schedule, prioritise, and make strategic decisions regarding the best way to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. The guys are looking for someone who can be responsible for the full client lifecycle, engagement, briefing, proposal, spec writing and execution. Your day to day responsibilities will consist of managing web development projects, taking a job brief, creating technical specific documents, managing the project throughout, taking feedback and testing website functionality. Alongside this you will regularly attend client meeting to discuss and identify their requirements alongside keeping them updated.
DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Demonstrable examples of success within a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic understanding of website content management systems e.g WordPress, Trello, Basecamp
- Strategic and creative with the ability to think out the box.
