About the Role

We are looking for an innovative and proactive Account Manager to enhance our organisation's online presence. You will be instrumental in crafting and implementing social media strategies that elevate visibility, enhance client relations, and boost customer engagement.


Responsibilities

Your day-to-day tasks include:

  • Social Media Handling: Managing daily operations of all social media channels, including planning and executing events and external communications.

  • Performance Optimization: Analysing marketing data and competitor activities to recommend performance enhancements.
  • Team Support and Collaboration: Coordinating with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Consumer Insights: Keeping abreast of consumer trends to inform campaign planning.

Tasks of Role

  • Daily: Communication management, engagement tracking, content uploads, diary management.
  • Weekly: Content creation, market research, influencer collaboration, content and client management.
  • Monthly: Blogs, strategy meetings, content planning, reporting.

  • Expertise in Social Media: Strong understanding of various platforms, especially for branding and customer engagement.
  • Communication: Exceptional copywriting and editing skills tailored to each platform.
  • Analytical: Proficient in understanding algorithms, SEO, and data interpretation.
  • Creativity and Innovation: Ability to generate creative ideas and contribute to campaign designs.
