PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Stockport (2 days in the office, the rest from home)
Salary Benefits £44,656 - £55,820 (depending on experience and location) base salary, plus annual discretionary bonus up to 20%, 15% employer pension contribution (when you put in 6%), 4% flexible cash pot to use across a range of benefits, private medical insurance, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays.

About the role

Our core Motor Finance brands are Blackhorse and Lex Autolease. Our team is an inclusive and diverse team.
We're looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to drive and lead digital analytics and insight within the Transport Platform. Supporting the business to understand our customers, helping to improve our online journeys and customer experience through data informed decisions.
This is an exciting opportunity to support shaping and pioneering new analytics processes, prototype new tools, experiment with data visualisation techniques, and working to enrich web data with business data. The work is fast paced but highly engaging and exciting- with the right data we can make a significant positive impact to our customer experience.
What you ll do

  • Conducting analysis and presenting insight using a diverse range of sources to support customer journey optimisation
  • Building effective networks across communities in Lloyds Banking Group and external analytics communities to help learn and share expertise with others
  • Have a continual understanding of latest trends in the industry and our competitors and act as a source of professional expertise.
  • Deliver analytical/research projects or provide insight to broader projects
  • Delivering end-to-end customer analysis; from responding to brief right through to impactful delivery of results
  • Manage and minimise operational risks with regards to data we are responsible for owning including understandings of GDPR and Data Protection Policies
  • Engage and influence stakeholders, anticipating, clarifying and shaping requirements for the purpose of optimising business result

What we re looking for
  • Web Analytics experience (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Tag Management experience (Tealium, Google Tag Manager)
  • Session Replay tool experience (HotJar, Quantum Metrics)
  • Experience with page performance tools (Dynatrace, App Dynamics)
  • Processing and analysing large data sets
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript and web development languages (HTML, CSS)
  • Data Visualisation and storytelling methods to present complex data in a simple, engaging manner (Power BI, Tableau)
