Job Description

Executing the marketing and social media plans against clearly identified campaign objectives and within budget.Creating, scheduling and delivering social media copy and supporting content for corporate channels and repurpose for Partnership amplification.Researching new social media trends and implementing accordingly.Working across all digital marketing campaign activity including SEO/Salesforce, marketing database, email, social media, PPC.Identify trends and insights to optimise spend and performance based on these.Working with the wider Digital and Campaign team to evaluate end to end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.We are looking for a strong marketing generalist and the following:Good knowledge of target markets, products and services, marketing strategies, tools and channels.Understanding of and passion for the use of a range of platforms.Ability to write good copy for social media and understanding of optimisation opportunities for each platform with a building knowledge of video creation and editing, UX and design to ensure all content is inclusive.Knowledge of social media analytics and how they contribute to Marketing KPI’s.Strong ability to form relationships with multiple stakeholders and ability to solve problems and determine changes to campaigns as necessary.Ability to lead multiple campaigns adhering to budgets, timelines and effective utilisation of resources.-What's in it for you?Private Medical paid for by Company.Meaningful protection benefits with real value, such as 10X life cover, PHI, and critical illness.*Non-Contributory Pension – 10% (increasing with length of service up to 15%) with further pension matching.Parental leave – 6 months full pay28 days holiday entitlement plus bank holidays (based on full-time equivalent) with the option to buy up to an additional 5 days holiday*Not applicable to Fixed-Term Contracts (standard uplift applies in lieu of the protection benefits)Flexible WorkingWe know that everyone works best indifferent ways, at different times and in different environments.
