A fantastic opportunity with a leading telco brand that will play a key role in driving consumer engagement for their mobile wallet app, one of their largest growth areas. It will oversee the full pan-European engagement plan across all markets, collaborate with marketing, partner, and product teams to drive EU-wide promotions, share insight on new features, and develop comprehensive engagement plans. This role requires someone with a proven track record in driving consumer engagement programs, resulting in significant increases in usage in the fintech, digital payments, or app-based services industry. You will have strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and capacity to influence and collaborate across all levels and European regions.
