Job Description
I'm in search of a seasoned digital communications expert to join a growing team in London. This position entails collaborating closely with account teams and other digital specialists to devise effective solutions for the intricate challenges faced by clients across government, legal disputes, private sectors, and geopolitics.
The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, have exceptional client engagement skills, and be seen as a trusted advisor. They will already be a digital specialist with experience in digital communications, at Account Director or Associate Director level. This candidate may also have experience in corporate communications and/or public affairs, or at least strong interest in corporate affairs. They will be excited by the idea of overseeing reputations of premier corporations, political entities, and private individuals and families; influencing the global arena and agenda.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement innovative strategies to tackle client challenges.
- Forge and uphold strong relationships with prominent clients.
- Partner with various teams to execute strategies aligned with client goals.
- Stay abreast of digital trends, leading the team in adopting novel tools.
- Offer expert guidance on crisis communication and issues resolution.
- Maintain receptiveness in client interactions, embracing diverse viewpoints.
