Job Specification:

A person who is able to communicate confidently and multi-task, and has good knowledge of our brands and the fashion industry. This knowledge and passion will be needed to create engaging digital content, including high quality photography and video content, blog writing, visuals and interesting copy text for our products online. The candidate must also be willing to work on the shop floor in a retail sales environment and use their knowledge to better inform and engage our customers during their purchase.

  • Create engaging content in line with our marketing strategy.
  • Advise customers by providing information on products.
  • Help customers make selections by building customer confidence & offering suggestions and opinions.
  • Keep clientele informed by notifying them of future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Inform our customer base of new products and offers through social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram.

Requirements:

Previous experience in retail or sales.

Fashion-forward mindset and knowledge of current trends.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends over 8 – 25 hours.
