Be part of a very well-established team of 10, you could be working across many well-known brands being a main contributor to each brief and leading some of the world’s most prestigious projects. With a focus on we UX and CX a keen eye to detail and leading teams is necessary.



Key Responsibilities




  • Hands on project work.

  • Design strategy & execution quality assurance.

  • Mentoring and growing the design team.

  • Sketch, prototype, test and iterate user journeys in order to improve the experience, outcome and align closer to the goals.

  • Plan and scope new projects so that you are able to win new work, manage client expectations and deliver projects on time and on budget.

  • Write, prepare and present ideas and designs in an engaging way so that the audience clearly understands the context, details and implications.


Key Requirements




  • Ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality so our clients, their business and their users are constantly delighted by our excellent work.

  • Work closely with product managers to align with the product strategy and vision.

  • Strong design portfolio showcasing excellent user experience design thinking and craft.

  • Confident stakeholder management.

  • Fully comfortable organising and facilitating client team workshops.

  • Worked closely with internal and remote development teams.

  • Led multiple projects across the end-to-end design process.
