Wood is recruiting for a Digital Engagement Lead join its Operational Management Solutions department within the Consulting business unit, focusing on leading performance-driven digital strategy programs.
The role is based in Aberdeen, however, we recognise the value of remote and hybrid working so are open to applications throughout the UK.

Typical responsibilities
  • Provide support and engage with clients to deliver specialist advisory and consulting services in Operations and Organisational Management and Strategy, Digital Transition and Transformation, and New Energy
  • Lead client engagements to deliver projects including Digital Transformation Strategies, Digital Asset Management and Change Management, spanning the full asset lifecycle (Design - Build - Operate)
  • Be conversant with using Agile methodology
  • Work closely with our team of Subject Matter Experts to deliver Wood global expertise to our clients projects
  • Bring industry recognised expertise and standing to key projects and business relationships for the group
  • Ensure that technical innovation and a client-focussed approach to problem solving are incorporated into solutions delivered by OMS
  • Manage specific projects and programmes of work to ensure that deliverables are in accordance with client requirements and company objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Maintain and expand a portfolio of core client relationships

Expected:
The successful candidate will be a confident and enthusiastic digitalization leader with a demonstrable record of leading and delivering digital programs. They will have demonstrable delivery experience in digital transformation with leadership of multinational and multi-discipline teams and experience of the following:
  • Business intelligence: Competitive Intelligence, data analytics, and performance improvement
  • Digital leadership: functional leadership, governance, coaching and mentoring
  • Project Delivery: stakeholder management, change management and implementation
  • Collaboration: building teams, workshop facilitation, relationship builder, stakeholder management
