Our client is currently looking for a Digital IT Project Manager to be based in Bridgwater. This is a 6 months contract initially with potential of extensions. Hybrid, 2-3 days of office working from any Bristol or Bridgwater site. Flexible home working supported. Please note that these roles are inside IR35.Candidates need to be eligible for SC clearance.We are seeking a Digital and IT Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing various digital projects, ensuring their successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Your project management experience, leadership skills, and strategic mindset will be pivotal in driving innovation and efficiency in our digital initiatives - the creation of a digital power station. You will be delivering multiple projects at any one time. Depending on your strengths, you could find yourself working on infrastructure projects, or introducing new digital solutions, or both. Whichever way you go, you will be working closely with the construction and operations teams to ensure their requirements are met and support their uptake of the IT capability for today and the future. A Project Manager, with experience of delivering Digital & IT projects in a regulated industry is advantageous but not essential. You should enjoy working as part of a team, have a drive and enthusiasm to deliver, including: * Proven experience in a Project Management role, with a track record of successful project deliveries, within the digital and IT domain advantageous * Proficient in project management methodologies, tools, and software; maintaining a focus on project costs and outputs * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively * Excellent leadership, communication (written/verbal) at all levels of the organisation, and interpersonal skills * Strong organisational and time management skills * Engage, influence and manage others including mentoring and coaching support * Confident in making decisions * Adapt and show resilience to change * Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities * Receive and give constructive feedback * Project management certifications are advantageous
