As the Digital Marketing Associate Director within the FRR Business Unit, which is part of the CPESG division, you will contribute to developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive growth, enhance the online presence of our products and services, and ensure alignment with the common framework of all business units within the CPESG division.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing FRR, you will play a pivotal role in developing, planning, and executing FRR digital marketing efforts in alignment with the division's goals and objectives. The objective is to improve FRR marketing efficiency, drive better results from marketing efforts to better automate and optimize FRR marketing processes, while improving the customer journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy: Responsible for developing the ‘web experience’ and web-based strategies for the business unit’s webpages within wolterskluwer.com. Direct all aspects of our company websites including site navigation, search, chat, content updates, personalization, feature development and maintenance.

  • Website Management: Plan, budget, develop, implement, and optimize our corporate website and organic/paid digital campaigns to drive measurable lead and revenue growth.

  • UX, Customer Journey and Conversion: Recommend and implement modifications to webpage design, maximize traffic, conversions, lead generation, and the customer journey. 

  • SEO optimization: Optimize content for SEO rankings. Liaise with Field and Solutions Marketing, to help build, source, and maintain site content (copy, creative media, layout), optimizing for SEO. Review competitive websites and collects marketing intelligence regarding competitive SEO positioning. 

  • Campaign Support: Create and maintain event and campaign landing pages on the website in support of ongoing multi-channel marketing campaigns. Examples include event pages, campaign pages that support our presence at industry conferences, campaign pages that support advertising efforts, and more.

  • Support Corporate Website Goals: Work with the Wolters Kluwer OneWeb team to maintain business unit webpages. Understand corporate web technology stack and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

  • Analysis, Reporting and KPIs: Report on the monthly web and digital analytics that will serve as KPIs for the website (sessions, new users, bounce rate, individual page performance, conversions, etc.), and paid search, and roll up to divisional leadership, and help inform forward-moving strategies around our web and digital priorities.

  • Industry Insight: Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in website and digital performance marketing and recommend new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance.

  • Digital Asset Management: Manage FRR’s media assets in Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.

  • Marketing Automation: Work with the divisional Marketing Automation team in the support of FRR’s Marketo instance.

  • Program Management and Workflow: Have knowledge of Marketing workflow tools to increase team efficiency and enhance collaboration.

Qualifications:

  • Must have proven 10+ years’ experience in Marketing with a focus on website marketing.

  • Must be familiar with the basics of web technologies, CMS systems - Sitecore, UI and UX design, as well as web marketing strategies

  • Must be familiar with Google Analytics.

  • Must be familiar with Search Engine Optimization and have some experience with the tools used to track rankings, keywords, search volume, etc.

  • Experience in using marketing tools such as Marketo and Salesforce is highly preferred.

  • Knowledge of workflow/work management tools, e.g. Monday.com

  • Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.

  • Leadership and team-building skills

  • Bonus Skills: Copywriting, Creative Production (graphic design)
