Digital Marketing Andmunications Executive£33,000 + BonusDidcot – 3 Days in officeHays Marketing are currently supporting an Oxfordshire based client who work within the manufacturing sector who due to expanding their in house marketing team now have a need for an experienced digital marketing andmunications expert.The successful candidate can expect to have responsibility of content creation for email and social, audience engagement and media relations, and serving as a steward of the brand and brand messaging, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand voice across allmunication channels. This role offers a great opportunity for hands-on experience within a collaborative environment.The RoleDevelop tailoredmunication channel plans, considering audience and messaging Produce and distributemunication material including social media content, press releases, emails and blogs Manage eventmunication, including invitations and event web pages Arrange photography/videography where requiredAssist in the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to support each channel, driving engagement and conversion Content development and execution for internalmunication Createpelling email content including copywriting, subject lines and call-to-actions Work with digital media executive to manage email lists and segmentation and ensure targeted and personalisedmunicationAssist in writing press releases, copy calls and other PR content to support product launches and brand initiatives across all customer channels, working with external PR agencies where relevantManage the planning and execution of advertising activity, including print ads, advertorials and digital display Maintain relationships with journalists and influencers Monitor media coverage and track PR metrics to evaluate effectiveness Coordinate and support PR events including interviews, briefings and photoshootsDevelop and curate engaging content calendars Manage the scheduling of social media content Monitor accounts and respond toments and messages to foster engagement Work with digital media executive to report and analyse social media metrics to improve performance.The CandidateDegree educated or equivalent 2 years’ experience in a similar role Creative copywriting and excellent proof-reading skills with a highly developed attention to detailStrong team player Proficient with key social media channels Proficient with email marketing platforms Experience of using Canva, or other graphics software packages, preferable #4547661 - Thomas Medcalf
